Welcome to TheProShop, the online storefront of iRange Toronto. Please read our terms and conditions carefully.

1. General

  • These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale and purchase of products through TheProShop. By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.

2. Order Acceptance

  • We reserve the right to accept, modify, or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • An order is not considered accepted until you receive a confirmation from us.

3. Pick-Up Only

  • All orders are for pick-up only at iRange Toronto, located at 7855 Finch Ave W, Brampton ON L6T0B2.

4. Identification and Verification

  • Upon pick-up, present a valid government-issued I.D and the credit card used for the order.
  • Failure to provide both will result in the order not being released.

5. Unclaimed Orders

  • Orders unclaimed by the end of iRange Toronto’s operating season, as specified on www.irangetoronto.com, may incur a 10% restocking fee.
  • Such orders may be cancelled and refunded, minus the restocking fee.

6. Pricing and Product Errors

  • We strive for accuracy on our website. However, we reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors.
  • If an order contains a product with an error, we may contact you or cancel the order.

7. Changes to Terms

  • We may modify these Terms. Changes are effective upon posting on our website. Continued use after changes signifies your acceptance.

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.

Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy

10. Customized Orders

  • Customized orders are final. No refunds or exchanges.

11. Clearance Items

  • All clearance sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

12. Sale and Regular Items

  • Sale and regular items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days if:
    • They are in original packaging.
    • Packaging is undamaged and presentable.
  • We reserve the right to evaluate items before accepting or declining returns or exchanges.

13. Return and Exchange Process

  • Contact our customer service with order details and reasons for return or exchange. Follow provided instructions.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method after inspection.
